Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

At Sancta Maria School, Aerocity, we value long-term partnerships with Parents.

  1. Application and Admission Fee
    Application and admission fees are non-refundable (please refer to our Refund Policy for more information).
  2. Tuition Fees
    The tuition fees, once paid, is non-refundable and all outstanding dues, if any, must be settled by the parent/guardian of the student before making any application for withdrawal of admission (please refer to our Refund Policy for more information).

Parent/Guardian Initiated Withdrawal

  1. A formal written request for withdrawal must be submitted to the school. The written request must include:
    • Student’s name
    • Grade
    • Reason for withdrawal
    • Supporting documents, if any
  2. Processing Period
    A minimum period of 30 (thirty) days is expected for us to process the application of withdrawal and to ensure a smooth transition for the student and the school.
  3. Transfer Certificate (TC)
    Upon successful submission and processing of the application and after clearance of all financial and administrative dues and completion of other formalities as may be required, the Transfer Certificate may be issued by the school.

School-Initiated Cancellation
The school reserves the right to withdraw or cancel admission of a student where:

● Incorrect, misleading or incomplete information is provided.
● School policies, rules, regulations or expectations are not complied/adhered with or
● Fee obligations are not fulfilled

*The school reserves the right to update its policies from time to time to ensure alignment with best practices and institutional needs by uploading the revised policy on the website.

* This policy shall be construed and governed by applicable laws of India and all disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
