B. Arogya Reddy is a passionate educationist with over 40 years of experience in building and nurturing educational institutions. Mr Arogya Reddy founded Saint Mary’s Educational Society in 1982. He is the recipient of several awards for excellence as an educationist such as The Best Teacher Award, Best Principal – Junior College Award and the Award for Outstanding Services, among others. A post-graduate in English from Osmania University, he has played several roles in the field of education – school teacher, lecturer and principal - before venturing to be an entrepreneur in the field by laying the foundation of Saint Mary’s Educational Society and the institutions under its auspices.

Mahender Reddy spearheads the Saint Mary’s Group of Institutions and the Sancta Maria family of schools, offering visionary leadership grounded in purpose, courage, and a progressive mindset. A Mechanical Engineering graduate with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration from the University of Hull, he chose to follow in the footsteps of his father, B. Arogya Reddy, making education his life’s calling. Under his leadership, St. Mary’s College has grown into one of Hyderabad’s most sought after institutions, nurturing generations of outstanding alumni across education, sports, cinema, business, and public life. The Sancta Maria schools stand as a testament to his determination to build quality international schools in India. Ruchira Ghosh is an international education leader with over two decades of experience shaping high performance schools and learning programmes across India and South Asia. She holds postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership and Social Work and has worked extensively at the intersection of school improvement, curriculum innovation, and professional learning. Ruchira has held senior leadership roles with Cambridge International and the British Council. She was the Principal of Sancta Maria, Lingampally campus for five years, before serving as Regional Learning Director for the International Schools Partnership in India. Ruchira is now the Founding Head at Sancta Maria Aerocity, where she is building a world-class learning community rooted in the strong belief that great schools are built through great people - curious students, confident teachers, courageous leaders and engaged parents and families.

Dina Fawzy brings over 20 years of experience in international education to our founding team at Sancta Maria Aerocity. An IB educator from Egypt, she is passionate about exploring cultures, with a deep affinity for India’s heritage. As a UN Climate Change facilitator and Global School Alliance ambassador, Dina integrates sustainability into our students’ daily learning. Her vision centres on nurturing curiosity, personal agency, and cultural empathy. She is committed to developing resilient, globally minded students who lead with heart and innovation in an interconnected world. A strong advocate for inquiry-led learning, Dina works closely with teachers to design classrooms where children feel safe to wonder, question, and grow. She believes joyful, purposeful learning in the early and primary years lays the foundation for compassionate, lifelong learners.

Sajala Kooloth Panoli brings over a decade of experience in international education across IB's Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes. She works collaboratively with educators to design concept-driven learning that nurtures curiosity, agency, and academic excellence. Sajala believes the Middle Years plays a pivotal role in helping adolescents discover their strengths, embrace challenges, and grow into compassionate, internationally minded individuals who are ready to shape the future. As Middle Years Coordinator at Sancta Maria Aerocity, she is dedicated to creating a vibrant learning culture where inquiry, reflection, and authentic experiences empower every learner.

A distinguished veteran with over two decades of military service, Lt. Col. Kiran brings extensive expertise across operations, logistics, human resources, and security management. An alumnus of IIM Indore’s International Business Management Program, he previously served as Director of Administration at an international school in Hyderabad. His strategic vision and exemplary leadership will greatly enhance our school's operations.
