Refund Policy

At Sancta Maria School, Aerocity, we are committed to maintaining transparency and clarity in all financial matters while ensuring the smooth functioning of the school for our community.

All application and registration fees are non-refundable, as they cover the administrative processes involved in reviewing and processing each application.

The admission fee secures a student’s place at the school and is therefore non-refundable.

Tuition fees, once paid, are not refundable, as they contribute to the planning and delivery of academic programmes, staffing, and resources.

In cases where fees has been paid in advance for a future term for a particular academic year, and a written withdrawal request is received prior to the commencement of that term, the school may review the request on case-to-case basis. Any consideration of a refund will be at the sole discretion of the school and may be subject to applicable deductions.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Requests related to relocation or medical reasons may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any consideration of a refund will be at the sole discretion of the school and may be subject to applicable deductions.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

All decisions regarding refunds rest with the school management, whose decision shall be final.

* The school reserves the right to update its policies from time to time to ensure alignment with best practices and institutional needs by uploading the revised policy on the website.

* This policy shall be construed and governed by applicable laws of India and all disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
